Had a break for quite sometime.. went to Lumut and rilex?? tak rilex pun sbb kena tolong masak n still menjaga anak yg lari sana sini situ sinin..letih je.. so i wouldnt call it rilex time.. more on.. you dont have to think your work time.. haha..
since my aunty whos taking care of damia is away for a week to KL, have to send damia back to my mom.. she was ok last nite.. i was a lil bit worried about haziq.. when he didnt really realized that we went back to penang without his sister.. when he noticed, he asked and asked.. well, to avoid him from asking more, we had to change the topic.. u like naik kuda? bapak can be the kuda.. and so on so on.. and today he was quite ok, tido lena.. for all of us after travelling here and there.. he ate quite a lot of cornflakes.. i like when he eats a lot.. need to feed him more, he is too skinny now.. so feed whateva is berkhasiat and what he likes..
as for me, sempoi je.. life is like that, quite bz, with the coming conference.. i have to do the slides ok.. with the student yg repeat, with the viva thing.. settled with RFM's visit.. and I'm happy to see my supervisor coming back to Msia for another collaboration and kepoh kepoh mkn mkn.. we really enjoyed our time here and there..
what i need to do? well, as suggested by my beloved husband.. exercise please.. ur tummy is getting bigger, flabby? muakaka.. yup, i have to admit.. yesterday's video has proved that my tummy really looked big weird.. oh nooo.. rejection to large quantity of food, exercise please.. hehe.. ok dear, i'll try to start my exercise tonite at home with a very light exercise alone in the room.. take my own sweet time.. hehe

buat sit up you.. dlm 30-50 times a day.. i need to exercise dahsyat2 pasni.. n nak kurangkan mkn le kekonon tu.. haha
